We have a Listing Manager, Closing Manager, and five Licensed Sales Reps which allows our customers to receive the highest level of service. Our Team services five counties and is on track to support over 100 people this year. The Bowers/Sroka Team is consistently in the Top 5 for sales, out of 500 Coldwell Banker Preferred agents.

Mike Sroka: Associate Broker, Owner—Born and raised in Conshohocken PA, Mike attended the local schools, participated in school and community sports and graduated from Plymouth Whitemarsh High School. Mike later attended Fox School of Business at Temple University and received his degree with a focus in Human Resources and Real Estate. A veteran of Conshohocken for more than three decades, he and his father have participated in their own personal property investments which have strengthened him in his growing knowledge of market and territory. Mike currently holds his Associate Broker License through Coldwell Banker Preferred, and also maintains his Real Estate License in New Jersey. He is the managing partner of the Mike Sroka Team, as well as co-owner of Home Experts for You LLC. In addition, Mike also works with Estates, Relocation, Development, New Construction, and as a consultant.

Jeremy Bowers: Agent—is a Licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania & New Jersey with additional experience in Florida homes. He spent his childhood in Punxsutawney, PA and now resides in Conshohocken, PA with his family. Jeremy received his degree in Marketing & Sales from Penn State University in 1999. Upon graduation, he began his sales career in the communication industry, yet during that time, he quickly learned that his true passion was for Real Estate. Jeremy and his business partner Mike Sroka formed the Jeremy Bowers & Mike Sroka Team in 2004. He is most proud of the repeat business that the team receives because of their impeccable support.

Carmen Gambone: Agent—Grew up in Norristown and he now resides in King of Prussia with his wife Brittney, and 2 children. He joined Coldwell Banker Preferred in 2010 and moved to the Bowers/Sroka team to take advantage of the team concept, because it relates to a smooth home buying & selling process. Carmen also saw value in Mike & Jeremy’s marketing tools, and their knowledge of real estate. Over the last ten years as an investor, he has bought, built, and sold many real estate projects. As an investor and Realtor, he has done over $10M in sales and continues to grow his business through personal relationships and community ties.

Jim Romano: Agent—Grew up in Levittown PA and received his degree in Management from Temple University in 2005. Upon graduating, Jim practiced Real Estate in Bucks County for 4 years. After moving to Conshohocken to be closer to family, he joined the Bowers/Sroka team because of the camaraderie and cooperative atmosphere.

Dave Ortlieb: Agent—Grew up in Northern Philadelphia and currently resides in Jeffersonville PA. At the age of 48, after 30 years in sales, Ortlieb was downsized and faced with the decision of how to move on. He chose a full-time career in real estate, and 2 years later, has tripled his prior year’s performance. Ortlieb was also voted Rookie of The Year at his brokerage. He has been at CB Preferred since 2008 and moved to the Bowers/Sroka team to take advantage of team concept. His approach to doing business is identical to Mike &Jeremy’s, and doing business together is a great fit.

Joell Arena – Joell was born and raised in the area, and received her degree in Marketing from Philadelphia University. Prior to real estate, Joell was a marketing manager for a direct mail advertising company. She has been a full time real estate for the past 7 years, and joined the Coldwell Banker Preferred organization in 2007. She recently became a part of the Mike Sroka team in order to take advantage of the additional support and resources the team has to offer her and her clients. She currently resides in Collegeville with her family.

Marisa DelBuono: Team & Closing Manager—Born and raised in Conshohocken PA, Marisa attended the local schools, participated in sports and graduated from Upper Merion High School. Marisa attended continuing education to obtain her Notary license, and also received her degree for Legal Transcriptionist. Marisa achieved her Real Estate License in 2004. She was named Rookie of the Year at her previous company. Marisa made the move to The Jeremy Bowers & Mike Sroka team in 2008 to maximize her strong closing skills and since has assisted the team with supporting their clients and closing over 350 transactions in the first 3 years.

Danielle Shadduck: Listing Manager—Originally from Wilmington DE, Danielle grew up in a Real Estate family and has been involved in many aspects of real estate such as administrative support and marketing. She earned her BS in Marketing from the University of Delaware, and went on to work in Marketing & Project Coordination for a home improvement company. Her passion for Real Estate inspired her to join the Bowers/Sroka Team. Since then, she has completed Real Estate courses at Temple University and has become a Licensed PA Realtor.

* Once you entrust the Bowers/Sroka Team to list your home, Danielle will schedule an appointment with you to take photos, get a full description of the home, and put up a “for sale” sign. She is responsible for putting your home on Trend, marketing the home, and contacting all showing agents for feedback/interest.
